Legislative - Regulatory Liaison:
As a 501(c)(3) we are not allowed to take political positions per se. But we can do fact checks as to probable efficacy, comment on unsafe practices or laws that violate due process, to state if there is science supporting the claims, and if a proposed statute or practice complies with the governing federal regulations or how it could be changed to comply.
